What is your return policy?
We make gear that lasts and is tested for pure joy but if you have any issues let us know and we will work out what needs to be done.
How long will my order take?
SE QLD customers should receive their order within 5 working days. All other orders require land freight and should take around 10 working days.
What are your payment methods?
We accept paypal, bank transfer, credit/debit or even cash.
Do you offer rentals?
We do provide rental and demo gear in some areas. If your on the Sunshine Coast QLD we have our boards to demo and fire pits to hire for your function. If your in WA we can hire out our big inflatable toys. Drop us a line to discuss.
What comes with the Fire Pits?
You get a cover, grill and some Wild Wax.
The bowl is pressed 6mm thick high carbon steel. The frame and head unit is made from heavy gauge steel and then high temp powder coated. These things will last a lifetime. We use Wild Wax to protect the bowl which are bare steel.
