Before purchasing an ice bath, consider the following:

  • Are you using it for recovery, performance, or general wellness?

  • Make sure it fits your body comfortably and suits your available space.

  • Durable materials and good insulation help maintain cold temperatures longer.

  • Look for easy-drain systems and materials that are simple to clean.

  • If you travel or have limited space, a foldable or inflatable model might be best.

  • Some models offer built-in chillers or allow you to add your own cooling system.

  • Prices vary widely—decide what features matter most within your price range.

If you're new to cold therapy, it's also a good idea to consult with a health professional.

Fitting your eBike trailer is usually straightforward, but it depends on your trailer model and eBike setup. Here are general steps to follow:

  1. Make sure your trailer hitch is compatible with your eBike’s axle type (quick-release or thru-axle).

  2. Most trailers come with a hitch that attaches near your rear axle. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions carefully.

  3. Once the hitch is in place, slide the trailer arm into the hitch and secure it using the pin or locking mechanism provided.

  4. Ensure everything is secure and the trailer arm has free movement for turning.

  5. Double-check all fasteners, and ensure the trailer is balanced and lights/reflectors are visible if riding in low light.

If your eBike has a hub motor or unique frame, you might need an adapter—check with the trailer or bike manufacturer for specific guidance.
