At Wild Fire Pits, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
1. Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Processing includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Shipping Options: We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. Standard shipping is our default method, but expedited options may be available during checkout.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your shipping destination.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on some of our items and multiple products can be consolidated together.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on the destination.
- Expedited Shipping: If you select expedited shipping at checkout, delivery will occur within 2-3 business days.
- International Shipping: For international orders, shipping times vary depending on the destination. Delivery can take anywhere from 7-21 business days. Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or duties.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Our Fire Pits are big and heavy! They will be shipped on a pallet on a truck. They can also be picked up at the nearest depot. If access is available they can be dropped off at a commercial or residential residence.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
- Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at livewildau@gmail.com. We will require photos of the damage, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If you are unable to resolve the issue, contact our customer support team, and we will assist in investigating the matter.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. Wildfire Pits is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible to make corrections.
